Many celebrity Moms such as Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson, Elizabeth Hurley and Catherine Zeta-Jones use a portion-controlled version of high lean-protein (ie. fish, chicken, lean beef) and low carb (ie. whole grains, nuts, fruit) diets with lots of veggies to lose weight after the baby. Some examples of the foods that Cate Blanchett, Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, and Christina Aguilera used include brown rice, grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, and green tea.
