<p>Oh my goodness, I am amazed at all the websites out there that offer Fit Yummy Mummy reviews but when you read them you can tell they have never even bought/read/tried the program!  I will answer questions in the comment section below if you have any.</p>
<p>I am going to tell you what you will find in FYM and what you can expect when you order and use it. I am assuming that if you have found your way here you already know that FYM is a fat-loss (through nutrition/fitness) program for busy and/or new Moms, and I am also assuming that you have  already had a glance at the sales page.</p>
<p>First of all I will present a summary if you do not want to read through the details.  You can find more details below.</p>
<h2>Fit Yummy Mummy Review Summary</h2>
<p>The positives are that you do get what she says you will and the overall plan is solid.  The nutrition/meals are very healthy and the exercise routines are well planned out with pictures and descriptions and can truly take as little as 15 minutes a day.  There is a lot of detailed information but also included is a quick start guide to skip the details if you wish.  It is very positive, motivational, and makes you want to jump right in and get started.</p>
<p>Another thing that I like about the program is that Holly Rigsby is a real person and she is personally involved in the product.  Many ebook sales pages will talk about the author but you never really see them whereas Holly is very active all through this product in the sales and after.  By doing that, she puts her personal reputation on the line.  Also, the testimonies on her sales page are realistic.  The before and after pictures on her sales page vary in the degree of improvement the program has had on each individual.  In other words, she is showing the testimonials of real people rather then just the ones that had exceptional results.  Those two things add a lot of credibility to this program.</p>
<p>A Fit Yummy Mummy Review would not be complete without negatives and there are a few.  The negatives are not really against the overall food/exercise plan &#8211; all that looks great, but there is some promotion of nutritional products and videos/DVD&#8217;s, cookbooks, etc.  Some of these may actually be good if they provide further information that will help you.  For me, I think the basic package is great enough to accomplish a massive body change so I don&#8217;t plan to further invest in other options at this time.</p>
<p>Here is another point which may be a negative for some:  in the first 4 weeks of the exercises you do not need to own/buy any equipment &#8211; you can get by easily with household items.  However, after that you will need to use/invest in some inexpensive equipment like weights and an exercise ball.  I figure if the first 4 weeks are going great then that will be a positive (and minor) investment for the future!</p>
<p>Oh yes, she also says to stop using my scale and gives good reasons for it, but&#8230; I just can&#8217;t quite do that &#8211; I&#8217;m going to have to hop on the scale every now and then (especially since it was a Christmas gift that I asked for)!</p>

<li>The third is the called &#8220;the Fit Yummy Mummy Workout Plan&#8221;.  In reviewing this, I was so happy to see the flexibility in workout scheduling.  You can choose to workout 15 minutes a day; 6 days a week, or, 30 minutes a day; 3 days a week.  The exercise plans are very well laid out and described completely.  Both beginners and advanced exercise backgrounds are addressed.  There are two different types of exercise that you will rotate between.  It is these types of exercises that allow maximum results from minimal time.  There is a ton more information and tips.</li>
<li>The fourth is called &#8220;Fat Loss Boosters&#8221;.  This section is about measuring results, supplements, post workout meal, fat loss strategies, and meal planner tools and recipes.</li>

<p>Many celebrity Moms such as Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson, Elizabeth Hurley and Catherine Zeta-Jones use a portion-controlled version of high lean-protein (ie. fish, chicken, lean beef) and low carb (ie. whole grains, nuts, fruit) diets with lots of veggies to lose weight after the baby. Some examples of the foods that Cate Blanchett, Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, and Christina Aguilera used include brown rice, grilled chicken, steamed vegetables, and green tea.</p>

<p>This article presents a variety of ideas of how you can incorporate exercise into your busy routine to accelerate postpartum weight loss.  Some will be interesting to you and some may not.  The perfect exercise solution will be different for each Mom.  Success comes by finding the one that suits your schedule and personality.</p>
<p>Before starting any exercise program be sure that you are cleared by your physician.  Many doctors do not recommend exercise until 6 weeks after childbirth.</p>
<p>The Surgeon General recommends 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week to improve health and fitness.  The minimum length of an exercise session should be 10 minutes.  One sample schedule to reach this is to work out 30 minutes a day for five days of each week (or, two 15 minute segments twice a day for 5 days each week, etc).  There is a lot of flexibility and that is important for new Moms.</p>
<h3>Exercise Solutions to Lose the Baby Weight:</h3>
<p><strong>1) Walking.</strong> Walking is a fantastic low-impact exercise to lose baby weight and improving health.  It is a great solution for new Moms to ease back into exercise.  Depending on the weather and where you live, you may be able to place your child in a stroller and walk outdoors.  If you work, you may be able to walk during lunch.  Another great thing about walking is that it doesn&#8217;t cost anything (except a decent pair of shoes).  However, if you have the space and money, you may want to invest in a <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002FJZM34?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=procrejenando-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B002FJZM34" rel="nofollow">treadmill</a> as it allows you to walk in the comfort of your home anytime you wish.</p>

<p><strong>3) Exercise with your baby.</strong> There are many different exercises that can be done with your baby to strengthen yourself and lose baby weight.  Many of the common exercises like squats can be done with your baby in a carrier or sling. You can do sit-ups with your baby rested against your legs.
